At The Winters Group, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site and subscribers to our newsletter and mailing lists. Here you’ll find information on how we treat data that we collect from visitors to our website, or when someone subscribes to our newsletter and mailing lists.

What Personal Data We Collect & Why

Contact Forms & Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, to download various whitepapers and reports, and contact us via our contact form, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, Constant Contact, to deliver our newsletter and other email marketing campaigns. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications to you. For more information, please see Constant Contact’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer Mareisha N. Reese.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

When someone visits www.theinclusionsolution.me we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

How Long We Keep Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request access to, deletion of or correction of, your personal data held by The Winters Group, Inc. Email your request to our data protection officer Mareisha N. Reese.

Access to Your Personal Information

You are entitled to access the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer Mareisha N. Reese.
